When we recruit, it's for long-term members of staff; people coming and going in and out of our children's lives is just not something we want!
We do our utmost to ensure the staff we recruit are safe to be around children, they are all vetted through disclosure and barring service enhanced checks, which is reviewed each year. They must have excellent references and undertake a hefty induction programme!
